Luxury ChoiceMarble

Best of Both WorldsQuartzite
Marble's Beauty. Granite's Strength.
Quartzite is a 100% natural stone with the visual elegance of marble and the hardness of granite. It's a premium upgrade for homeowners who want lasting distinction — and far more durability than marble alone.
- 100% natural stone
- Harder & more durable than marble
- Dramatic veining & movement
- Periodic sealing recommended
Naturally Non-PorousSoapstone
A Living Surface That Only Gets Better.

Common Questions
Stone Countertop FAQ
How do I choose between granite, quartz, and marble for my kitchen countertops?
The right choice depends on your lifestyle, aesthetic, and how much maintenance you want. Granite is the most versatile — durable, heat-resistant, and uniquely beautiful. Quartz is the top choice for busy households that want stone looks without the upkeep. Marble is best for homeowners who prioritize elegance and are comfortable with more careful maintenance. Our team walks through every option with you at the showroom — bring your cabinet samples and paint chips.
Do I have to come into the showroom to choose a slab?
We strongly encourage a showroom visit. Natural stone varies dramatically from slab to slab — photos online almost never do it justice. At our Epsom, NH showroom you can see our full slab inventory under real light, next to your cabinet samples. That said, we can begin a conversation by phone at 603-736-0004 and schedule a visit at your convenience.
Which countertop material is easiest to maintain?
Quartz is the lowest-maintenance option — it's non-porous and never needs sealing. Soapstone is also naturally non-porous but benefits from periodic mineral oil or beeswax application to deepen its patina. Granite and quartzite require periodic sealing (roughly once a year), and marble requires the most care — gentle cleaners and prompt attention to spills.
What is the most durable countertop material you offer?
For everyday kitchen use, granite and quartzite are the hardest and most durable natural stones we carry. Quartz is engineered for durability and stain resistance and performs extremely well in high-traffic kitchens. The 'most durable' choice really depends on your priorities — our team will help you match the right material to your actual lifestyle.
How long does it take from choosing a slab to having it installed?
Most projects are completed within 1–2 weeks from the time of templating. The process goes: showroom visit → material selection → digital templating at your home → fabrication in our NH shop → professional installation. We'll give you a firm timeline at your consultation.
Do you carry materials in stock or do you order them?
We maintain a large in-stock slab inventory across granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and soapstone at our Epsom facility. For specific colors or patterns not currently in stock, we work with trusted NH suppliers to source them quickly. Call 603-736-0004 to ask about current inventory on any specific material.
