Serving Lakes Region
Premium Stone Countertops — Fabricated & Installed
The Lakes Region is one of our busiest service areas — and for good reason. Primary residences, seasonal camps on Lake Winnipesaukee, and investment properties throughout Laconia, Meredith, Wolfeboro, Gilford, and Moultonborough represent some of the most rewarding countertop projects we take on. We're particularly experienced with the demands of lake house kitchens: high-traffic summer use, frequent hosting, and materials that age beautifully alongside the surroundings.
We travel to the Lakes Region year-round — from the western shore towns of Laconia and Gilford to the eastern side of Lake Winnipesaukee around Wolfeboro, Tuftonboro, and Center Harbor. Whether you're renovating a Meredith kitchen during the off-season or fitting a new build in Plymouth before summer, we work around your timeline. Most Lakes Region projects run from digital template to installed countertops within one to two weeks, and every project starts with a visit to our Epsom showroom to pick your exact slab.

Lakes Region Living
Built for Lake Homes, Camps, and Second Homes
Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding lakes bring a different kind of countertop project. Camps that have been in a family for generations, newly built lake homes, and investment properties that turn over between renters all have different timelines and different priorities — but they all need a countertop that can handle real use. We work with homeowners who are up at the lake every weekend all summer and with owners who only get up a handful of times a year, and we plan the project around how the space actually gets used.
We also work regularly with builders and designers on new construction and full remodels around Laconia, Meredith, Gilford, and the eastern side of the lake near Wolfeboro, Tuftonboro, and Center Harbor. If you're planning a kitchen or bath remodel, adding onto a camp, or building new on Lake Winnipesaukee or one of the smaller area lakes, our Custom Countertops process handles non-standard layouts, waterfall edges, and multi-level islands — and we coordinate directly with your contractor's schedule.
Summer at the lake usually means entertaining outside as much as inside. If you're adding a grilling station, bar, or full outdoor kitchen near the water, we build those in stone too — see our Outdoor Kitchens & Lakeside Entertaining page for what's possible.

Why Choose Us
The NH Stone Fabricator Laconia Homeowners Trust
"We renovated our Lake Winnipesaukee camp kitchen and bathroom and Precision Granite Works did an incredible job. They worked around our tight summer schedule, the marble vanity top is gorgeous, and every detail was exactly right. I've already referred them to two other lake houses."
Common Questions
FAQ — Lakes Region
Do you serve seasonal lake homes in the Lakes Region?
Yes — seasonal properties are a significant part of our Lakes Region work. We're experienced coordinating installations around short seasonal windows and can work with homeowners scheduling remotely. Call us early if you have a firm move-in or rental start date.
What countertop materials work best in a lake house kitchen?
For lake houses that see heavy summer use, we often recommend granite or quartz. Granite is heat-resistant and handles the occasional pot-on-counter moment, while quartz is non-porous and requires no sealing — great when you're not there year-round. We'll match you to the right material based on your use patterns.
How far is your Epsom showroom from Laconia and Meredith?
Our showroom at 1022 Dover Road, Epsom is approximately 35–40 minutes from Laconia and 45 minutes from Meredith via Rt. 3 or I-93. Worth the trip — seeing your slab in person is the most important step in the process.
Do you serve Wolfeboro and the eastern Lakes Region?
Yes — Wolfeboro, Alton, and the eastern shores of Lake Winnipesaukee are within our service area. Travel time from our Epsom showroom runs about 50–60 minutes. There is no travel surcharge for this area.
