How do I submit specs or drawings to get a quote?
The easiest way is to call us directly at 603-736-0004 or send your drawings, CAD files, or a written spec brief through our contact form. We review everything and follow up within one business day with questions or a quote. We work from architectural drawings, hand sketches, and everything in between — whatever format you're using.
Can my clients visit the showroom to select slabs with your team?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Our Epsom, NH showroom has hundreds of granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and specialty stone slabs that clients can see and touch in person. You're welcome to accompany your clients or send them on their own with a referral. Our team is trained to assist with slab selection in a way that supports your design vision, not overrides it.
What edge profiles and finishes do you offer?
We fabricate all standard and specialty edge profiles: eased, beveled, bullnose, ogee, dupont, waterfall, mitered, and custom profiles. Surface finishes include polished, honed, leathered, and brushed depending on the material. If you have a specific edge detail in your drawings, bring it to us — we'll confirm fabrication capability before quoting.
What is your typical turnaround from templating to installation?
Most residential projects are fabricated and ready for installation within 7–10 business days of the templating visit. For larger or more complex designer projects, we provide a specific timeline at the time of quoting. Rush scheduling is available for time-sensitive installs — call us early in the project timeline so we can plan accordingly.
Do you handle the full installation, or just fabrication?
We handle both — fabrication and installation are performed by our own team, not subcontracted. This means the people who cut and finished your countertops are also the ones installing them. That continuity matters: the crew knows the material, the spec, and what a quality install looks like. We walk every finished job before calling it complete.
